Yesterday evening, Joe Duffy Group was delighted to host a Careers Evening at Joe Duffy BMW, welcoming potential future team members to learn more about opportunities within the automotive industry and across the Group.
Choosing a new career path is an important decision, and this event was designed to provide attendees with first-hand insights into our business, our culture, and the wide range of roles available.
On the night, guests had the opportunity to hear from a panel of speakers, including representatives from sales, service, finance, technician roles, management, and our Group CEO. Each panelist shared their own career journey and experiences, offering a unique perspective on working within the industry and the career progression opportunities at Joe Duffy Group.
The event also allowed attendees to ask questions, network with our team, and gain a deeper understanding of how we support our employees through training, development, and career growth.
