Job Purpose:

 


 To support the day-to-day operations of Porsche Centre Dublin by assisting with vehicle deliveries and transportation.

 


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • To drive, transport and deliver cars to designated locations in and around the Dublin area and beyond as per instructions
  • Be fully responsible for the delivery and/or transportation of all new and used Porsche vehicles to the required Dealership including cleanliness, documentation, keys etc.
  • Ensure any damage is notified to the relevant manager in order that appropriate action can be taken.
  • Occasional delivery of Porsche vehicles to customer addresses
  • Occasional washing and valeting of cars in line with Company and Manufacturer standards.
  • Inspect vehicles with relevant sales/service person prior to handover.
  • Maintain safe working practices and standards of the Dealership.

 
 
Candidate Requirements:

 

  • 2+ years’ worth of experience as a professional driver and of driving a transporter lorry and/or a recovery truck 
  • Must hold a full and clean Irish or EU category B driving licence 
  • Must also have a full category C driving licence
  • Candidates with a category CE driving licence would be desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional personal presentation and standards of grooming which always reflects the Porsche’s and the company's corporate image.
  • Passionate about customer service

A full and clean category B + category C driving licence and a full-time work VISA/authorisation/permit for Ireland are absolutely essential requirements for this role.
