Group HR Administrator

We are currently recruiting a high-energy HR Administrator with a vibrant, outgoing personality. This is not just a data-entry role; you will be a cultural ambassador and a key point of contact for our employees. This full time role is office based in Airside Retail Park, Swords Monday to Friday.

 

What You Will Do

  • Be the Face of HR: Welcome new hires with high energy and manage the onboarding process to ensure an exceptional pre and post recruitment experience.
  • Contract Management: Draft and distribute employment offers and contracts, tracking signed agreements.
  • Own the Details: Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, payroll inputs, databases, and digital files with 100% precision.
  • HRIS Optimisation: Keep the Human Resources Information System (Strandum) completely up to date with starters and leavers, internal changes, including dealership transfers, promotions, and status adjustments.
  • Induction Logistics: Coordinate with the Leadership Team to prepare local onboarding schedules, IT hardware, and uniforms (if applicable).
  • Learn and Adapt: Actively participate in HR projects and training sessions to rapidly expand your knowledge of HR legislation and best practices.
  • Ad Hoc duties: Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required by management to support the evolving needs of the HR department and wider business operations.
