We are now looking to recruit a dynamic and ambitious Aftersales Manager with motor trade experience to join our state-of-the-art Audi Limerick dealership.

About The Role:

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious Aftersales leader to take on the overall responsibility of our Service and Parts operation to maximise the full potential of our Audi Limerick business.

This is a senior role that requires strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in leading service and parts operations. As a fast-paced business, with a hands-on approach being a key part of our culture, you will be expected to lead by example. Target driven, you will thrive within an entrepreneurial environment and demonstrate success by increasing profitability and enhancing customer and employee satisfaction.

The Requirements:

• You will have extensive senior Aftersales experience at motor manufacturer or motor retail level.
• You will bring an ability to assess dealership Service and Parts performances, you will be responsible for enhancing processes, increasing revenue, and driving the sharing of best practices in line with Group policies.
• You will be responsible for leading and coaching a long-established, experienced Aftersales team with a natural leadership flair to develop our people and the business.
• You will need to be an influential, analytical, and motivational leader who coaches the Service and Parts teams to achieve and exceed financial goals and to share our ambition for further success
• You will have ownership and responsibility to drive and deliver our vision and work closely with Audi Ireland to exceed their aspirations
• You will demonstrate extensive experience of using CDK/Kerridge
• You must possess a full and clean Irish or EU driving licence

What You Will Be Doing:

• Drive high standards of performance from the Service and Parts teams through effective coaching and performance management
• Maintain high levels of customer service and standards by ensuring adherence to requirements of Brand service and customer satisfaction indicators within the Group
• Ensure sufficient resources are available to meet servicing and parts requirements and regularly review key operating controls (labour efficiency, labour sales, cost of sales, recovery rate, profitability) so that they are in line with Group operating requirements
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by ensuring employees comply with Health and Safety requirements and enjoy the Joe Duffy Group principles
