The Porsche family welcomes new additions at the end of 2021. The new Taycan GTS and GTS Sport Turismo. Offering optimised performance, dynamic design with increased focus on handling and performance. Taycan GTS Sport Turismo is elegant yet practical with the new Sport Turismo body style, with the increased space and accessibility of the Taycan Cross Turismo combined with on-road abilities of the Taycan Saloon.
Legacies have continued with the introduction of the Panamera Platinum Edition. This special edition combines an extended list of standard equipment with an exclusive designed. Available in both Sport Turismo and saloon body styles, including an E-Hybrid version. In the continuous chase of perfection, the 718 Cayman GT4 RS is uncompromising and perfectly irrational.
The naturally aspirated, mid-mounted flat-six engine was built to go racing, so drive without compromise. Continuing with a focus on the future, evolution is inevitable, but meaningful change requires serious vision and dedication.
Three iconic letters.
The letters 'GTS' first appeared on a Porsche almost sixty years ago. Short for Gran Turismo Sport, the moniker would soon become a central pillar of the Porsche philosophy, extolling the core virtues of versatility and performance. With the launch of the latest addition to the Taycan range. the GTS concept is now part of every model in the Porsche line up.
The Taycan GTS offers a raft of dynamic and design enhancements, with increased focus on performance and handling alongside numerous striking visual changes. Optimised chassis and drivetrain characteristics are complimented by trademark GTS design details to create a compelling driver-oriented package that sits perfectly between the flagship Turbo models and the Taycan 4S.
To further add to the unique appeal of the Taycan GTS, this specification is the first to be offered with the new Sport Turismo configuration. This new body style, first seen in the Panamera series, offers similar levels of everyday practicality to the Taycan Cross Turismo without compromising on the on-road performance of the Taycan sports saloon.
Speed over distance.
At the heart of the new GTS is a revised powertrain, its twin synchronous motors now offering up to 440 kW (598 PS) of overboost power with Launch Control. This extra output allows the GTS to accelerate from 0 — 62 mph in 3.7 seconds', almost half a second faster than the 4S, en route to a top speed of 155 mph'. The Performance Battery Plus that comes as standard in the Taycan GTS also offers a range of up to 313 miles (WLTP combined), making longer journeys as easy as they are exhilarating.
Tailormade interior.
To complement its stunning exterior treatment, the new Taycan GTS cabin also benefits from a raft of sport-oriented features and head-turning design details. All GTS models receive the Race-Tex interior package. using Porsches highly tactile sustainable microfibre material, synonymous with motorsport and performance. The GTS boasts 18-way adaptive Sports Seats with Memory Package as standard alongside
the Black Accent Package and sill guards in Black aluminium. Customers who opt for the extra GTS interior package will also enjoy contrast stitching in Carmine Red or Crayon on the dashboard. door cards. steering wheel rim and seats alongside GTS logos on the steering wheel centre and embroidered into the headrests
Back in black.
Externally on both GTS derivatives, multiple design elements follow the tried and test GTS tradition, with black details on the SpatOesign front apron. exterior mirrors, window trims and side blades. All GTS models also come equipped as standard with 20-inch Taycan Turbo SAero Design wheels finished in Satin Black. while 21-inch RS Spyder Deno wheels. also in black on the GTS, are available as an option
