Little Blue Heroes with another Big Bust!
We were delighted to welcome our friends from the Little Blue Heroes Foundation again. Five amazing young honorary members of An Garda Síochána came to the Joe Duffy BMW Showroom to investigate a series of robberies at the dealership. The group prepared for their raid and investigation out in front of the showroom by receiving a debrief of the situation, testing their equipment, and developing a strategy by speaking with higher ranking officials.
Eventually, they came across a 5 Series Touring. All of the driver’s documentation checked out, but when they opened the boot one of the thieves let out a cry from inside, ''You've got me!'' he shouted, ''I'll never do it again!'', he cried. Two members of the Tactical team slapped the cuffs on him. The arresting officers then brought him to the Garda car and bundled him in the back. A job well done, but there was still one missing: the tall one.
Little Blue Heroes Foundation, established in 2017, is a not-for-profit registered charity voluntarily led by Garda members, retired Garda members and civic minded people from communities. The charity employs one person from the community to operate the day to day administration of the charity.
Little Blue Heroes Foundation’s vision is to support families of children with serious illnesses in Ireland while empowering the lives of children through positive community engagement.
They're an amazing organisation supporting a great cause and we are honoured to be partnered with them.
