As a brand new development, it offers customer-oriented transport solutions with top cost effectiveness. The new Crafter has been specially designed according to the requirements and demands of the diverse customer groups, making it the best commercial vehicle in its class.

Best loading capabilities and load securing.

The new Crafter impresses with the best overall loadability in its class, featuring sliding doors that open up to 1.311 mm, a load compartment height of up to 2,196 mm and a loading sill lowered by 100 mm. The optional universal floor and factory-equipped preparation for cupboard fittings provide even greater flexibility in the load compartment.

TDI engines.

Engines with a long service life designed specifically for commercial vehicle requirements. The new Crafter engines meet the highest performance requirements. Even with extreme driving profiles such as in delivery business, high mileage, efficiency and operational reliability are achieved. All engines persuade with low fuel consumption.

8-speed automatic gearbox.

Specially designed for the driving characteristics of the new Crafter, allowing you a comfortable and consumption-optimised drive, even in an urban start-stop delivery setting. The only 8-speed automatic gearbox in its class, that can be combined with front-, rear- and 4MOTION all-wheel drives.2

Optimal back care.

The ergoComfort suspension seat.1

The only one with the ergoComfort suspension seat. Optimal back care through the damping of road-related jolts and 20-way seat adjustment. The combination of manual and electric settings facilitates continuous adjustment as per AGR (Campaign for Healthier Backs) guidelines3. Heating and a massage function also available on request.
