THE BMW CONCEPT 4.
MORE EDGES. MORE CHARACTER
The new BMW Concept 4 series was unveiled in Frankfurt at the IAA and is already trending online.
“The BMW Concept 4 embodies the aesthetic essence of the BMW brand. It combines perfect proportions with a clear and precise design”
– Adrian van Hooydonk, Senior Vice President BMW Group Design.
Nothing is more attractive than sheer driving pleasure and the BMW concept 4 demonstrates this with the design and extraordinary Forbidden Red paint finish. The distinctive kidney grille, extraordinary air intakes and prominently sculpted surfaces shows the car’s performance and its engaging character as a driver’s car.
Focusing your attention to the front at the vertical kidney grille. The figure 4 in the kidney grille behind the horizontal decorative elements made of mirrored crystal. The number appears to recur infinitely and also features in the modern interpretation of the side air inlets.
The design of the BMW Concept 4 was inspired by the 8 series and its own concept.
The taillights each have single fiberoptic elements that create a L-shaped design featuring a heartbeat graphic. The back also has vertical vents and a large rear diffuser, which gives the rear an extreme attractive sporty look.
Overall the BMW Concept 4 is quite a bold statement.
A design that captivates. Dynamics. That awakens desire.
