Trainee Sales Executives required at Joe Duffy Ford, Athlone

This is a 'Trainee Sales Executive' role. Joe Duffy Group have a comprehensive training programme in place which is tailored to suit individual's needs, and can take 9 months to complete. During this programme, you will receive a lot of training in the Joe Duffy Group sales process, database management, marketing, customer service and everything you will require to have a successful career in motor sales. During this training, the emphasis is on learning and developing your sales skills, being mentored, observing senior sales executives, classroom and brand training. Durin the majority of this training, you will not be expected to sell, but that is the end goal.

Trainee Business Manager required at Joe Duffy Ford, Athlone

We are currently accepting applications for the position of Trainee Business Manager to join our Joe Duffy Ford, Athlone team. This is a demanding role and will require a candidate with excellent communication skills and numerical ability who will train up to Business Manager standard including completing the minimum competency requirements of undertaking a Foundation Certificate in Consumer Credit or studies to QFA Diploma standard. This is permanent full time position with genuine opportunity for career progression in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

General Sales Manager required at Joe Duffy Ford, Athlone

The mission of this position is to contribute to the success of Joe Duffy Group by successfully achieving sales goals and objectives relevant to the components of the Group’s strategic plan. In line with our growth plans we require a General Sales Manager for our newly acquired Joe Duffy Ford, Athlone business. The successful candidate will oversee the Sales and department. With a strategic approach the successful applicant will take on the role within the Joe Duffy Athlone business and their ability to lead by example will be critical to success. He/she will be very hands on in the role and be customer facing at all times.
