Key Responsibilities:
- To assist retail and trade customers with all parts requests.
- Maximise parts sales for retail, trade and service customers.
- Use the Dealer Management System to obtain parts prices and quantities.
- Use the Electronic parts catalogue to obtain correct parts orders.
- Complete customers parts estimates in a timely manner
- Co-ordinate daily parts deliveries
- Promote accessories sales
- Assist in receiving parts into stock in line with department procedures
- Review stock inventory
- Assist in Annual Stock Check
