The Role:

Joining a team of 11 and reporting to the Divisional Marketing Manager, you will assist with the implementation of the marketing strategy for allocated brands within the Joe Duffy Group with exposure to both premium and volume brands. The role will have a broad range of disciplines including digital and CRM activities, video production, event management and daily administrative duties. This is a fast paced and exciting role with world class brands and large scope for further career development.

Person Description:

The successful candidate will be a driven and ambitious individual and must possess first-class organisation and communication skills while attention to detail is a must. Given that this role involves working closely with multiple dealership management teams and manufacturer partner teams a strong team ethic and ability to organise people is essential. You will hold a degree in a Marketing related discipline and have at least 1 year experience in marketing to include CRM and digital marketing experience. Prior knowledge/interest in the motor industry whilst not essential, would be an advantage.

Specific Tasks and Duties:

  • Liaising with the Divisional Marketing Manager to deliver the Marketing strategy for allocated brands within the Joe Duffy Group.
  • Working closely with the management teams in your respective dealerships to create quarterly marketing plans and review campaign performances against targets.
  • Driving the CRM activities for your brands and implementing a robust customer contact plan and enquiry management
  • Maintaining the digital assets for your brands including Group website, SEO & SEM campaigns, partner websites and social media accounts
  • Executing various events throughout the year both in dealership and off-site
  • Creation of monthly reports on Marketing KPIs for your dealerships.
  • Knowledge of Adobe products such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign whilst not essential, would be an advantage.

Core Skills:

  • An understanding of and appreciation for CRM marketing techniques and customer interaction
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate credibly with internal & external partners
  • Knowledge of Google Advertising (setting up PPC campaigns, Google Analytics, basic understanding of Search Engine Optimisation.)
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Must be capable of working on his/her own initiative.
  • Highly organised with effective time management skills
