We are currently welcoming applications for the role of Experienced Service Advisor in our Joe Duffy Ford Dealership. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and personable candidate.

As a service advisor you will need to demonstrate:

  • A professional manner both in person and on the telephone
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • The ability to gather technical information and relay it in a way that customers will understand
  • The ability to use computer systems (Kerridge experience preferable)
  • Take ownership of issues to ensure that they are dealt with to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Effective explanation of service invoices to customers
  • The ability to build sound and long term relationships with customers


    • As a key customer facing role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the service, department.


    In this busy and varied role you will be exceptionally organised to ensure the efficient, booking and servicing of customer vehicles. As well as checking documentation is correct and the status of jobs, you will have extensive liaison with both customers and the workshop.


    You will be a good team player with excellent, communication skills, along with the ability to sell additional products and services to our customers.


    You need to have a great attitude, a friendly, professional manner and excellence in providing customer service.
