Contact Centre Advisor – Joe Duffy Group
The Joe Duffy Group is Ireland's leading Motor retail group and currently has 23 Nationwide locations representing 17 brands in Ireland including a sub-brand ZuCar with 3 used car experience centre locations. The Group employs over 510 people with locations in Dublin, Athlone, Navan, Drogheda, Limerick and Cork.
To engage with our customers to schedule appointments for general servicing or any specific issues they may be experiencing with their vehicle. It is the role of the Contact Centre Advisor to make this process as straightforward and stress free as possible for our customers.
Work with existing team, to ensure that agreed targets and deadlines are met in line with guidelines, policy and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills especially over the phone
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team as required
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Experience in a franchise motor dealership desired but not essential.
- Ability and hunger to learn and develop
