Apprentice Parts Advisor at Jaguar Land Rover

Due to ongoing growth within Joe Duffy Group we are currently seeking an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join our modern and busy Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Swords.

This is an apprentice role therefore full training will be provided - a full, clean driving licence is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• To assist retail and trade customers with all parts requests.
• Maximise parts sales for retail, trade and service customers.
• Use the Dealer Management System to obtain parts prices and quantities.
• Use the Electronic parts catalogue to obtain correct parts orders.
• Complete customers parts estimates in a timely manner
• Co-ordinate daily parts deliveries
• Promote accessories sales
• Assist in receiving parts into stock in line with department procedures
• Review stock inventory
• Assist in annual stock check
