As a Joe Duffy Trainee Bodyshop Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the bodyshop, during your 12 month training programme.

During the traineeship you will start to learn inform and consult on vehicle repair, and keep the customer up date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give best advice on our products and services to our customers.

About you

Don't worry if you do not have previous experience, we want applications from individuals with a willingness to learn and progress. Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. An understanding of customer service would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Full driving licence is essential.
