COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update 27th March 2020

A Message from Gavin Hydes, Group Chief Executive

Dear Customers,

As Ireland prepares for further measures to be taken to tackle COVID-19, we are taking our own steps to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees, customers and communities.

We have decided that all Joe Duffy Group service and parts departments’ will be temporarily closed after the 31st March 2020 for up to eight weeks or until the Government announce any further directives. We are accepting service bookings up until the close of business on the 31st March 2020. Our physical car showrooms closed on 24th March 2020.

In line with our commitment to support the front-line HSE and Gardaí emergency services cars and motorbikes, our aftersales team want to play their part in assisting the country and have chosen to be available during the closure for the emergency services.

We will also continue to support customers who wish to purchase a new or used car, via our remote contact options available on our digital dealership platform – www.Joeduffy.ie/bmw/digital-dealership

The health, safety and welfare of our Joe Duffy team and customers during what is an everchanging situation, remains my priority. We will take the necessary steps to support our customers and employees during this challenging period.

Thank you for your continued support of the Joe Duffy Group. Please stay safe, and we hope

to welcome you back soon.

Warm regards,

Gavin Hydes

Chief Executive officer
