Audi North Dublin’s Service team defended its Twin Cup championship and claimed victory for the second time in Ireland’s second national Audi Twin Cup Challenge final on Saturday, 7 May. They beat off stiff competition from second-time finalists Audi Cork and newcomers Audi Sligo after a day of rigorous trials. The Audi Twin Cup Challenge competition recognises excellence among Audi's technicians and service advisors by testing their diagnostic and repair competence, and their ability in customer service and support.
A team of the six top-ranked individuals in technical and service competencies from across the three finalist teams will now go on to represent Ireland at the Twin Cup World Final in Portugal in September. There, over 80 Audi Service teams from 40 countries worldwide will face off against each other.
Steven Stein, Head of Aftersales for Audi Ireland, offered his congratulations to the winners and the Irish team:
“The Audi Twin Cup Challenge is a competition that demands the best from our Service teams. It is a testament to Audi’s commitment to providing unrivalled customer service and support. We wish the team travelling to Portugal the very best of luck.”
