Joe Duffy Group You Make The Difference Awards 2023
On December 9th 2023, Joe Duffy Group convened its largest gathering in the organization's history and presented our Best People with the 'You Make The Difference' Awards.
Our annual gathering is full of glitz and glamour, but behind all of that, this event is all about celebrating our Best People, but also demonstrating Joe Duffy Groups core values; Teamwork, Best People, Respect, Drive, Ambition & Fun and Enjoyment.
A night full of buzz and excitement, the awards night held at Croke Park turned into a heart-warming celebration of the exceptional talent and dedication of our Best People. The night was a true testament of the incredible work our employees do day in and day out. We truly believe we have the best people in our profession, and each and every Joe Duffy employee is without a doubt the best.
Joe Duffy BMW
Robert Flanagan, our Senior Sales Executive at Joe Duffy BMW, deserves a huge congratulations. This is a truly outstanding accomplishment.

We would like to extend our congratulations to Kathryn Scally, our Apprentice Technician, who was unfortunately unable to attend the the event on Saturday. In her absence, her manager Gavin accepted her award on her behalf.

Our Best People Award was presented to Naomi Brazil. Naomi joined our service department in Volvo at Joe Duffy in May 2023. Whilst only on the team a short period of time, Naomi has shown fantastic initiative, drive and ambition.

Porsche Centre Dublin
Congratulations to Kristina Rylejeviene for winning a Best People award and for always having Porsche Centre Dublin looking gleaming!

Group Support
A huge congratulations to our Admin Team for winning a best people award. They are absolutely fantastic and do a great job for all of our dealerships across the group and ensuring everything is running smoothly with the the day to day activities in vehicle processing.

Team of the Year
The Porsche Sales Team was recognised as 'Team of the Year'. Their remarkable growth, dedication and ability to go above and beyond in their role have made them a true inspiration to their colleagues and a valuable asset to the company.
