
The new BMW 6 Series Coupé [F13]
Launching on the 15 October 2011, we are pleased to confirm the introduction of the new BMW 6 Series Coupé. Code named “F13”, the new 6 Series Coupé will start official production in July 2011 at the German-based Dingolfing factory and will be given its World Premiere at the Shanghai Motorshow in April 2011.
Following the launch of the new BMW 6 Series Convertible in March, the new BMW 6 Series Coupé will also be available in two engine variants: 640i SE and 650i SE. Building upon the foundations of its predecessor, which ended production in August 2010, the new BMW 6 Series Coupé provides exhilarating driving performance combined with elegant and stunning design, a vast programme of technologies, innovations and customisation options.

Standard specification highlights
Both models will feature a high level of standard specification, building upon the already high level of standard equipment of its predecessor including:
• Eight-speed Sport automatic transmission (no manual variant available)
• Dakota leather upholstery
