Well on the road to Strategy 2020, the Joe Duffy Group has seen employee numbers surpass the 400 mark this month. With employee numbers increased fourfold over the last ten years and now with a team of 410, the Group has further resourced the HR department. With 15 brands, across 14 sites, Group HR Manager, Maria Bourke, commented “at the Joe Duffy Group, we put our employees first and servicing their ever growing needs is of paramount importance to us. With expansion and plans to grow the business further, we wanted to source additional expertise while ensuring that we offer a comprehensive and industry-leading HR service to all the team across the Group”.
Welcoming Lynnette McNally & Lauren O’Brien to the team, Gavin Hydes, Group CEO commented: “The expanded HR team will give us the opportunity to provide an improved HR service.
