We are currently recruiting a Junior Parts Advisor to work within the busy Parts Department in our Mazda dealership. . This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career within the Parts department of the business and offers genuine opportunities for career progression and advancement.

You must have a bright personality, excellent standards of personal presentation, a solid work ethic, first class customer service skills and an ability to work under pressure.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Receiving and identifying stock and checking goods from suppliers; Providing customers and the Service team with the relevant parts as required; ensuring that items can be correctly located in stores; ensuring accurate identification of customer needs by means of parts catalogues and computerised stock lists; Implementing discount structures as applicable.

The computerised system used is Kerridge and therefore experience on this software is desirable.

As a team-player who ensures the highest degree of customer satisfaction at all times, you will be highly professional with good communication skills and will possess the ability to organise and prioritise your workload.

It is desirable that you are computer literate with 6 months experience in a similar role.

Computer literate - to be able to record / amend customer details accurately.
Ability to work under pressure and remain calm - to handle upset / demanding customers effectively

Accuracy in detailing customer requirements and record on appropriate system
Likely to be/have:

Good oral and written communication skills
Impeccable appearance and well presented to work in a corporate environment.
Excellent organisational skills
Able to record accurately all relevant details
An ability to absorb and understand technical data and explain it to our customers as required
