Purchase Ledger Controller required at Joe Duffy

We now have an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to join our team of Finance professionals. This position will suit somebody looking to begin their career in Finance or someone looking to progress within an exciting and interactive environment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Posting & Scanning of Purchase Invoices
  • Distribution of Purchase Invoices
  • Purchase Ledger Allocations
  • Creditor Reconciliations
  • Invoice Filing
  • Creditor Queries
  • Assist in Monthly Payment Run
  • Purchase Ledger Expense Coding
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Person Specification:

  • Ability to work to agreed deadlines and prioritise, flexible in approach but underpinned with a structured and disciplined corporate work ethic
  • Excellent IT skills - good grounding with Microsoft office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook and company systems as directed
  • A desire to provide exceptional standard level of service
  • Self motivated and consistent with a willingness to help others
  • Excellent written, verbal, numerical and communication skills
  • Full Clean Driving Licence
