Job Purpose

To source and supply Audi vehicle parts efficiently for customers and workshop vehicles, meeting agreed sales volume targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, record and bin parts and consumables from Audi Irelandand other suppliers ensuring accuracy of stock deliveries against agreed orders.
  • Identify, locate, invoice and issue parts and consumables to customers and other departments using the computer system.
  • Supply accurate and detailed parts quotations to internal departments, retail and trade customers.
  • Administer parts invoices ensuring invoiced items are accountable.
  • Establish customers needs for required parts, communicating relevant promotions and offers to customers when appropriate.
  • Manage and control all parts administration requirements.
  • Maintain standards in line with HSO requirements.
  • Manage any necessary liaison with department manager regardingcustomer dissatisfaction. Follow up in line with Audi Dealer procedures.
  • Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the Audi Dealer.
  • Maintain product knowledge on the full Audi range.
  • Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.

Takes appropriate action where there have been lapses in processes and escalates where necessary.

    relevant products and services. Negotiates fairly and effectively, supporting their position with well reasoned arguments. Develops an approach designed to achieve win-win situations for customers, colleagues, the Audi Dealer and Brand.

    Develops and maintains alevel of knowledge on the motor industry and the products and services that are offered through the Audi Dealer appropriate to their role.
