Due to internal promotion, we are now looking to recruit an experienced motor trade professional for the Head of Sales.
Successfully manage all aspects of the sales department operations of the dealership to achieve agreed customer satisfaction, loyalty and profitability targets. A hands-on approach is very much our culture in business and you will be expected to lead by example. Target driven, you will thrive within an entrepreneurial environment and demonstrate success by increasing our sales volumes.

The Head of Sales reports to the Head of Business of the dealership
The Head of Sales is responsible for the management of all staff in the Sales Department. His / her direct reports are all Sales Executives and administrators.
Relationship with BMW Group Ireland
Manage all aspects of the dealership’s relationship with BMW Group Ireland in relation to Sales activities
