Main responsibilities:
- Posting & Scanning of Purchase Invoices
- Distribution of Monthly Sales Invoices
- Purchase Ledger Allocations
- Creditor Reconciliations
- Invoice Filing
- Creditor Queries
- Assist in Monthly Invoice Run
- Purchase Ledger Expense Coding
- Ad hoc duties as required
Person Specification:
- Ability to work to agreed deadlines and prioritise, flexible in approach but underpinned with a structured and disciplined corporate work ethic
- Excellent IT skills - good grounding with Microsoft office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook and company systems as directed
- A desire to provide exceptional standard level of service
- Self motivated and consistent with a willingness to help others
- Excellent written, verbal, numerical and communication skills
- Full Clean Driving Licence
