We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Valetor with a full clean Drivers Licence in Joe Duffy Volkswagen (North Dublin). Previous experience in a similar role for a premium brand would be a distinct advantage.
To support the Sales, Service and Parts departments in vehicle cleaning ensuring that customer satisfaction is exceeded.
•Be responsible for the condition of all new and used vehicles delivered to the Dealership including cleanliness, documentation, keys etc.
• Prepare vehicles in line with PDI and Dealership requirements.
• Ensure any damage is notified to the relevant manager in order that appropriate action can be taken.
• Wash and valet cars in line with Company and Manufacturer standards.
• Inspect vehicles with sales/service person prior to customer handover.
• Ensure regular stocks of cleaning materials.
• Assist in maintaining the Dealership clean and tidy.
• Maintain safe working practices and standards of the Dealership.
Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, with customers, colleagues and suppliers of all levels. Actively listens to others views and requests. Obtains information and checks level of understanding through effective questioning techniques.
Able to interact with customers in a professional manner. Identifies and understands customer requirements, and how these can be met through the products and services that are offered through the Dealership. Able to translate this into actions in order to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
