The Application Process

1. When you apply for a position here on www.joeduffy.ie/careers or on www.jobs.ie;  the system automatically responds so that you know we have a record of your application.
2. When the closing date is reached you will be contacted by HR, to let you know if you have been invited for interview or unsuccessful.
3. You may be required to attend one or two interviews at the franchise/location and then an offer may be made.
4. Some roles require a medical check prior to interview.
5. Competency tests may be used at the interview.
6. You will be sent a written Letter of Offer.
7. All paper contact with you is handled by the Group HR department
