Gavin joined the group and was appointed to the board in June 2005 as Chief Executive. He was formally General Sales Manager of Williams BMW Manchester and enjoyed considerable success in the UK Dealer Network. Following on from Gavin’s appointment, Joe Duffy Motor Group has undergone a period of continued expansion, diversification and restructuring which has been delivered by the team he has appointed. |

James joined the group in 2002 and was appointed company secretary in 2006. He was formally with BDO Stoy Hayworth as senior audit supervisor where he gained extensive experience in the fields of audit, taxation and corporate finance. James has overall responsibility for financial control, corporate compliance and all group financial functions. |
| Dermot Fallon – Group Facilities & IT Director | |

Dermot joined the company in 1982. Over the years Dermot has held various managerial positions across the company in both sales and aftersales. He has full operational and strategic responsibility for all our existing and future facilities together with the IT infrastructure across othe groups retail dealerships.

Having joined the Group in 2010, Alan is the newest recruit to the team . As an affiliate member of the ACCA with a background in finance, marketing consultancy and after launching his own succesful start-up advertising agency, he will continue to lead the company to become the leader in Digital Marketing Strategies in the Motor Industry. As Group Marketing Manager, Alan is responsible for all franchise brands within the group. |
| Marguerite Aherne - Group HR Manager | |

In line with the operational and strategic expansion of the group, Marguerite assumed the role of HR Manager for the Joe Duffy Motor Group in 2011. Prior to joining the group as Personal Assistant to the Group Managing Director, Marguerite gained extensive experience across the Tourism and Finance Industries both in Ireland and Internationally. She also completed degree qualifications in Industrial Relations and HR Management at NCI. With just shy of 150 employees within the company, Marguerite is responsible for all HR and Personnel functions across the group. |
| Brian Davis - Group Bodywork Manager | |

Since joining the Group in 2004 Brian has played an important role in the development and growth of the company. Before joining Joe Duffy Motor Group Brian gained a wealth of experience from his early days as a petrol pump attendant and apprentice panel beater in Des D'Arcy Motors right up to assuming the role of Group Bodywork Manager for Joe Duffy Motors. |
