Joe Duffy Motor Group is a long established company with a proven reputation for excellent customer service.  Our customers are central to everything we do and we  welcome feedback from you on the services you receive.  We welcome your comments and compliments about our service and our team members.  We work hard to make the visit of every cusotmer a memorable one and strive to continuously improve our customers experience in each of our Dealerships..

Here’s a little something we’ll share with you; sometimes, we get it wrong! Whenever we find a customer who is not satisfied, we listen carefully to each individual concern and then we do everything in our power to rectify the situation.  That’s not where we stop though.  Unlike most companies, we then adapt our practices and processes to ensure that we learn by our mistakes.

We are committed to resolving any problem you may encounter and will investigate all matters brought to our attention. We will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours of receiving your complaint.

At Joe Duffy Motor Group our aim is to provide you with the highest level of customer satisfaction each and every time you visit a dealership within our Group.  We have made significant investments in flagship facilities which are designed to provide our customers with a high quality environment to fulfill all their motoring needs.  We have specific customer 'lounge' areas that have complimentary WiFi, Tea/Coffee, newspapers and for our younger visitors we have a play area too!  You are welcome to our dealerships at any time to sample the hospitality provided by our team.
